Arsenal are set to sign talented youngster Ceadach O’Neill this summer, according to the Belfast Telegraph.
O’Neill, who can play as a central midfielder or out wide, featured for Arsenal U17s as a trialist at the Flamengo Adidas Cup in Brazil late last year.
The highly-rated prospect has been capped by Northern Ireland at U17 level and has already made three senior appearances for Linfield despite being just 15 years old.
A fast and skilful player, O’Neill turns 16 in April, which means that he will be a first year scholar at Arsenal next season if he signs for the club.
Arsenal recently secured the signing of defender Brayden Clarke, who was previously at Wolverhampton Wanderers.
