A tall defender with impressive leadership qualities, Foran continued to be a regular for the U18s last season.
The centre-back also gained further experience at U21 level and subsequently signed his first professional contract.
A player who progressed through the ranks at Hale End, Foran travelled with the first-team to Dubai for their training camp and was also involved in a behind closed doors friendly against QPR.
This season Foran will be a fully-fledged member of the U21 squad and will hope to be a key player at that level.
