A tall forward who was previously at Manchester City, Davies signed for Arsenal in 2021.
Davies endured a frustrating first season at the club as he only made one appearance for the U18s but he was involved at U17 level.
The youngster received his first call-up to the U23s as an unused substitute against Derby County. His season then ended early due to injury.
Davies, who has also been used as a wing-back, will hope to be more heavily involved this season.
