A midfielder who is excellent technically, Cirjan didn’t feature at all last season due to injury.
However, the Romanian youngster will hope to feature prominently for the U21s this season as he looks to work his way back to full fitness.
Signed in 2019 after a successful trial, Cirjan was hugely impressive in his first season at the club and he also showed glimpses of promise in his second campaign but injuries affected him.
Cirjan featured for the first-team in a friendly against Aston Villa in 2020 and will hope to eventually challenge for more involvement with the senior squad, but his initial aim will be to stay fit.
