Creative midfielder Cirjan will spend this season on loan at Rapid Bucharest, who have an option to sign him permanently at the end of the deal.
After previously struggling with injuries, Cirjan, having just signed a new contract, featured prominently for Arsenal U21s last season and scored against Everton and Brighton & Hove Albion in Premier League 2, while he contributed with four goals in the Premier League Cup.
Cirjan also travelled with the first-team to Dubai in mid-season and was an unused substitute for four Europa League fixtures.
He signed for the club from Viitorul Domnesti in 2019 following a successful trial.
