A technically-gifted winger, Taylor-Hart endured further frustration with injury last season.
The Hale End product scored a brace for the U23s against Tottenham Hotspur earlier in the campaign but his injury issues made it difficult for him to build up momentum.
Taylor-Hart has yet to make his debut for the first-team and he could go on loan in the near future to gain experience of senior football.
Previously capped by England at U17 level, he is also eligible to represent Jamaica.
