Striker Mika Biereth trained with the Arsenal first-team squad at London Colney today.

Biereth has impressed on loan at Motherwell this campaign, scoring six goals and providing five assists in 14 league games.

It appears to be the case that Biereth is training with the Gunners due to Motherwell not having any games until January 20th.

Midfielder Mauro Bandeira, who recently returned from a loan spell at Colchester United, also trained with the squad today along with goalkeeper Ovie Ejeheri and left-back Lino Sousa.

Ethan Nwaneri, Reuell Walters and James Hillson were involved again.

  1. Iā€™ve seen a few highlights of Biereth playing and scoring/assisting for Motherwell and heā€™s looked quite good considering itā€™s Scottish football, although thereā€™s a few rough edges to his game do you see him back at Arsenal next season Jeorge or back on his travels?
