Jordi Osei-Tutu is the latest academy player to return to Arsenal after his loan spell at Nottingham Forest was cut short.
Osei-Tutu made just four appearances for Forest, with injuries affecting his progress.
It is anticipated that the 23-year-old defender will be out of action until March, so it is unlikely that he will be loaned out again this season.
Last season Osei-Tutu had a spell on loan at Cardiff City which was also disrupted by injury. Prior to that he had a productive stint at VfL Bochum.
Osei-Tutu, who joined Arsenal in 2015, has been on the bench for the first-team and has featured in friendlies, but he has yet to play a competitive game for the club.
