Report: VfL Bochum looking to sign Jordi Osei-Tutu permanently from Arsenal

VfL Bochum are interested in signing Arsenal defender Jordi Osei-Tutu on a permanent basis.

According to Kicker, the Bundesliga side are looking to get a deal over the line for the 23-year-old, who is currently the oldest player in the Arsenal academy setup.

Osei-Tutu had a successful loan spell at Bochum during the 2019-20 campaign, scoring five goals in 21 league games when the club were in the second tier of German football.

Although he hasn’t played competitively for the Arsenal first-team, Osei-Tutu has had loan spells Cardiff City, Nottingham Forest and Rotherham United. He has just one year remaining on his contract.

Mainly a right-back but also capable of playing as a winger, he has frequently struggled with injuries.
