52. Glen Kamara (On loan at Colchester United, until January 2017)

Defensive-midfielder

A stylish yet tenacious defensive midfielder, Glen earned his maiden call-up to the Arsenal first-team last season.

The youngster, who joined from Southend United in 2012, was an un-used substitute for the Champions League trip to Galatasaray, whilst he also trained with the first-team on several occasions throughout the campaign.

Glen, who is also capable of deputising at right-back if required, featured prominently for Arsenal at U21 level as he made 16 appearances, scoring a memorable strike away to Brighton & Hove Albion.

Capped by Finland up to U21 level, Glen received his first call-up to the Finnish senior national team in June 2015 as he was an un-used substitute for a friendly against Estonia.

This season Glen could go on loan for the first time as he seeks to make the step up to senior football.

  2. Am suprised to see how big Glen has grown. As a very young land in Espoo/Finland I used to call him “Glen the Finsherman” because of his love for hats and caps. I am overwhelm with joy to hear that Glen is now with Arsenal one of the biggest football club in the UK and Europe.

Keep it up Glen!, – am sure your mom Elizbeth, your dad Ibrahim, and your elder sister Tracy will be very proud and pleased with your continued progress in soccer.
