37. Krystian Bielik

Polish U17 international Krystian joined Arsenal amidst considerable publicity from Legia Warsaw in January 2015.

A tall, highly-regarded youngster who is capable of playing at centre-back but is predominantly deployed as a defensive-midfielder, Krystian had to wait to make his debut for the Gunners because of a registration problem, but eventually featured for the U18s before proceeding to make seven appearances at U21 level.

The youngster was largely assured for the second-string, impressing with his distribution and calmness on the ball, as well as his ability to make well-timed challenges. Krystian also trained with the first-team squad on several occasions last season and will be hopeful of making his senior debut at some point this season, possibly in the Capital One Cup.

Krystian gained some experience of first-team football during his time with Legia Warsaw as he featured in both the Polish League and the Europa League. A niggling injury disrupted his pre-season plans ahead of his first full campaign at Arsenal, but the youngster will still be hopeful of making a considerable impact during 2015/16.
