A goalkeeper who is a product of Arsenal’s Hale End academy, Kovacevic made five appearances for the U18s last season.
The shot-stopper has yet to keep a clean sheet at that level but will hope to be the first-choice goalkeeper for the U18s this campaign.
Kovacevic had the chance to train with the first-team last season and was on the bench for the U23s in the Premier League Cup.
He was first called up to the U18 squad against Leicester City when he was just 14 years old.
