Arsenal striker Tyreece John-Jules joins Ipswich Town on loan

Arsenal youngster Tyreece John-Jules has joined Ipswich Town on a season-long loan.

John-Jules will link up with the League One side as he looks to finally enjoy a run of games without injuries.

Last season the striker had loan spells at Blackpool and Sheffield Wednesday, but the latter stint was cut short by injury.

The 21-year-old has previously had spells at Lincoln City and Doncaster Rovers.

A product of the club’s Hale End academy, John-Jules hasn’t played a competitive game for the Arsenal first-team but he has previously been on the bench.

One comment

  1. He so needs an injury free season, well free of serious injury.

Has the train left the station as far as a career at Arsenal, probably but he’s a very talented player so there is still some hope?

I’ll be watching out for him and willing for him to have a strong season at Portman Road.
A nice place to play football…
