Arsenal forward Nikolaj Moller has been nominated for the Premier League 2 player of the month award for November.
Moller has made a tremendous impact since joining Arsenal from Malmo in October. Last month he scored two goals and provided an assist across three appearances for the U23s last month as he helped Steve Bould’s side return to winning ways.
In addition, Moller featured in the Papa John’s Trophy against Gillingham and proceeded to score a penalty in the shootout.
Former Arsenal youngster Alfie Matthews, who now plays for Crystal Palace, is also amongst the nominees for the award.
Matthews was often used as a striker by Arsenal but has impressed as an attacking midfielder for Palace.
The other nominees for the award are Manchester City’s Liam Delap, Liverpool’s Liam Millar, Burnley’s Joel Mumbongo, Aston Villa’s Jaden Philogene-Bidace, Manchester United’s Arnau Puigmal and Fulham’s Jean-Pierre Tiehi.
