Loan report – Matt Smith and John-Jules provide assists

Tyreece John-Jules provided an assist and played the full match as Doncaster Rovers beat Bristol Rovers 4-1.

Matt Smith also set up a goal and was booked as he played the full game in Swindon Town’s 4-2 success against Burton Albion.

Zech Medley played the whole game as GIllingham beat Blackpool 2-0. Trae Coyle was an unused substitute.

Jordi Osei-Tutu played the full game as Cardiff City were beaten 2-1 by Reading.

Ben Sheaf started and played 69 minutes in Coventry City’s goalless draw with Barnsley.

Zak Swanson wasn’t involved as MVV Maastricht beat TOP Oss 3-0.

Mark McGuinness wasn’t involved as Ipswich Town beat Rochdale 2-0.

Cork City face Finn Harps tomorrow, with Joseph Olowu likely to miss out through injury again.

Injury meant that Konstantinos Mavropanos didn’t feature in Stuttgart’s 4-1 win against Mainz.

    1. I think Smith is a bit more defensive minded but it could have an impact on him and other players. But if you have the opportunity to sign a player of that quality you have to take it.
