Arsenal youngster Tyreece John-Jules has joined Doncaster Rovers on a season-long loan.
The striker heads to League One again, having made seven appearances in the division while on loan at Lincoln City in the second half of last season.
John-Jules, who has been on the bench for the Arsenal first-team on numerous occasions, is still awaiting his competitive debut for the Gunners.
Arsenal have a good relationship with Doncaster, with Ben Sheaf having gained plenty of experience there while on loan last season.
The temporary departure of John-Jules does leave Arsenal U23s a little light as far as strikers are concerned, especially with Folarin Balogun’s future still unresolved. Second-year scholar Luke Plange, who trained with the first-team today, could be amongst those to step up.
