Zak Swanson trains with Arsenal first-team

Talented right-back Zak Swanson was involved in first-team training at London Colney today.

The 19-year-old, who enjoyed a fine season at youth level, will hope to be involved in some capacity when the Premier League resumes.

Fellow defenders Zech Medley and Daniel Ballard also took part in the session.

  1. With matchday squads of 20 and a game every 3 days minimum, I guess it would be wise to have have a squad of around 45. I’m actually thinking this break could end up benefitting the players, especially the academy players.

In general I have been speaking to many employees and small business owners and in the main most people appear to be in a better financial position than they were in February.

There could be some real positively to look forward to after all this. But only if we are all alert and don’t take unnecessary risks. Football will return at some point in our lives not just in the players lives. Be patient and be sensible. Football Matters but All lives are more important.
