Report – Robbie Burton set to leave Arsenal for Dinamo Zagreb

Arsenal U23s captain Robbie Burton is reportedly set to join Dinamo Zagreb in a shock transfer.

It isn’t currently clear whether the move will be a loan or a permanent switch, but it would most likely be the latter.

The deal was reported by Sportske and Burton has reportedly travelled to Croatia.

Burton featured for the Arsenal first-team in pre-season and was named on the bench in the Carabao Cup but has yet to play a competitive game for the club.

The Wales youth international has made 33 appearances for Arsenal U23s.

  1. Thanks for the post Jeorge, any news on Olayinka?

If Arsenal complete on the Mari deal and remembering that Saliba joins us in the summer Jeorge, do you think that Arsenal might loan out Rob Holding next season, as he badly needs games?
When you see how regular football has benefitted Mavropanos it would seem to make sense if the club see his future with us and especially if Luiz, Sokratis and Mustafi are retained.

    1. Olayinka should be fit soon.

I’m not sure about Holding, but he may be needed as part of the homegrown quota.
