Bielik amongst seven Arsenal youngsters to train with first-team pre-Chelsea

Arsenal held their final first-team training session this morning ahead of tomorrow night’s Premier League game at home to Chelsea, with seven youngsters in attendance.

With a host of senior players out injured, a group of U23 players were called upon for the session, including Krystian Bielik, Ben Sheaf, Jordi Osei-Tutu, Josh Dasilva, Joe Willock, Reiss Nelson and Eddie Nketiah.

Mesut Ozil and Laurent Koscielny didn’t train due to injuries, while Olivier Giroud, Sead Kolasinac, Aaron Ramsey, Nacho Monreal and Santi Cazorla are also sidelined.

  1. Not totally related to this specific entry but here it goes.

Could you write an article about the current setup of the Arsenal scouting network?
Would also be really interested to hear why we are so unsuccessfull with our loan outs the past couple of years. Just look at Martinez, he has not played a single game for Getafe(?).
Another player I still feel could have become really good is Akpom, now at 23 y old I wonder if it will ever happen. I feel it´s strange he´s still at the club.
