Stephy Mavididi made his senior debut, with the forward entering the fray in the 79th minute of Charlton Athletic’s 1-1 draw with AFC Wimbledon.

Ismael Bennacer made his first start for Tours, with the midfielder completing 90 minutes in the 1-1 draw against Nimes.

Kelechi Nwakali played the full game and was booked as Maastricht beat OSS 3-0 last week. Stefan O’Connor didn’t feature.

Dan Crowley started and played 89 minutes as Go Ahead Eagles beat ADO Den Haag 3-1.

Marc Bola played the whole game as Notts County beat Cheltenham Town 2-1.

Matt Macey played the full 90 minutes in Luton Town’s 2-1 win against Crawley Town.

Jon Toral was introduced in the 80th minute as Rangers beat Greenock Morton 2-1 in the Scottish Cup.

Tafari Moore came on in the 76th minute as Utrecht II beat Waalwijk 2-1.

Krystian Bielik was an un-used substitute as Birmingham City lost 3-0 to Sheffield Wednesday.

Joel Campbell wasn’t involved as Sporting Lisbon faced Moreirense.

Julio Pleguezuelo wasn’t in the Mallorca squad for the game against Rayo Vallecano.

Aaron Eyoma didn’t feature in Volendam’s 2-1 victory against Den Bosch.

Jack Wilshere is expected to feature when Bournemouth face Manchester City tomorrow night.

  1. Of the ones that didn’t even make the bench, Stefan O’Connor and Joel Campbell will probably leave in the summer. Eyoma is very young and only just gone to Volendam – so a bit harsh to dump him because of his non-appearance!
The only disappointment in terms of not even making the bench is Julio Pleguezuelo, and I am sure questions will be asked in the summer. Although, saying that, he is still very young and CB is a position where maturity and experience is a benefit. Personally hope we keep Pleguezuelo, maybe a Eredivisie loan next season instead.

Good to see Crowley continue to play an important role for the Eagles, who have managed to climb off the bottom and out of the relegation places since his arrival.
Hoping Ismael Bennacer can cement his place in the Tours team, like the look of him tbh.
Read positives reviews of Marc Bola and Matt Macey as well.
