Coyle scores but Arsenal U18s are thrashed 5-1 by Reading

Trae Coyle scored but Arsenal U18s suffered their heaviest defeat of the season today as they were thrashed 5-1 away to Reading.
Trialist Zech Medley received another start but was again disappointing.
The young Gunners, who were without several key players including Donyell Malen, Josh DaSilva and Marcus McGuane, saw their misery compounded when Joe Willock was sent off.

Their next game is at home to Norwich City next weekend.

Arsenal: Virginia; Osei-Tutu, Medley, Olowu, T. Bola; Benson, Ballard; Tella, Burton, Coyle; J. Willock

  1. Thrashed Jeorge you’re being kind Reading could of and should have scored at least 9. This was the most ill disciplined performance by any Arsenal team in a long long time.

Giving a penalty away in first 3 minutes which scored tells the story.

Hopefully this performance was a blip for this season that’s gone well so far.
