Loan report- Wellington assists; Sanogo makes Charlton debut

Wellington played 66 minutes and set up a goal for Emile Heskey as Bolton Wanderers lost 3-2 to Brighton & Hove Albion.

Yaya Sanogo was brought on for his Charlton Athletic debut in the 73rd minute and set up a couple of chances in the goalless draw with Cardiff City.

Mathieu Debuchy played the whole game as Bordeaux beat Guingamp 4-2.

Jon Toral started and played 82 minutes as Birmingham City drew 0-0 with Rotherham United.

Wojciech Szczesny played the entirety of Roma’s 3-1 victory over Carpi.

Ainsley Maitland-Niles started and played 53 minutes as Ipswich Town lost 2-1 to Bristol City.

Glen Kamara received his first start for Southend United but was substituted in the 51st minute of the 1-0 defeat to Scunthorpe United.

Chuba Akpom was brought on as a substitute in the 76th minute and missed an inviting opportunity to score as Hull City beat Blackburn Rovers 2-0. Isaac Hayden was on the bench but didn’t enter the fray.

Gedion Zelalem was an un-used substitute as Rangers drew 1-1 with Alloa Athletic.

Emiliano Martinez returned from injury and was an un-used substitute as Wolverhampton Wanderers lost 2-1 to Preston North End.
