Hinds continues comeback as Arsenal U21s draw with Bournemouth

Kaylen Hinds suffered a frustrating end to last season, with the striker missing several months through injury.

However, the 17-year-old seems in fine goalscoring form going into the new campaign as he scored for Arsenal U21s in a 1-1 draw with Bournemouth in a behind-closed-doors friendly at the training ground today.

That goal came after Hinds, who has been capped by England at youth level, hit a hat-trick in a game in Holland with the U18s last week.

Arsenal were without the likes of Dan Crowley, Gedion Zelalem, Chris Willock and Alex Iwobi, who are travelling with the first-team on their trip to Asia.

The next friendly for Arsenal U21s is against Boreham Wood later this month.

  1. Jeorge, I was sure that there was some preseason friendlies for the reserves/U21’s…

    But I can’t find anything on AFC.com…

Can you give me some details please?

    1. They’re playing Boreham Wood on July 24th and then they’re going to South Africa for a tournament after that.
