Loan report- Sanogo makes Palace debut; Wellington assists

Yaya Sanogo made his Crystal Palace debut as Alan Pardew’s side beat Burnley 3-2 in a dramatic game at Turf Moor. Sanogo was on the field for 79 minutes, during which time he sent a header over the crossbar and received a yellow card.

Wellington set up a goal for Tomer Hemed, but was unable to prevent Almeria from losing 3-2 to Valencia in La Liga. The Brazilian started on the left flank and was replaced with 71 minutes gone.

Carl Jenkinson played the whole game and wasn’t posed too many problems defensively as West Ham United beat Hull City 3-0.

Lukas Podolski started on the left wing and completed 74 minutes of Inter Milan’s goalless draw with Empoli. The Germany international has already played more minutes in Serie A this season than he did in the Premier League.

Jon Toral was introduced as a substitute with 16 minutes remaining of Brentford’s 1-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion, but the Spanish midfielder squandered a presentable opportunity to make it 2-0.

Matt Macey‘s Accrington Stanley debut didn’t go to plan as his loan side were beaten 3-0 by Tranmere Rovers.

Josh Vickers made a couple of impressive stops but his Concord Rangers side lost 2-0 to St Albans City.

Ryo wasn’t involved as Twente lost 3-1 to his former loan side Feyenoord.

There was no game this week for Austin Lipman‘s Boreham Wood.

Jack Jebb‘s loan deal with Stevenage has come to an end and it is currently unclear whether the midfielder will link up again with the League Two side as he is still recovering from an injury.

  1. Semi ajayi, impressed while playing for sunderland u21 last. Deal could be completed by the weekend, if arsenal can sign a defender or two to cover the injuries to hayden and debuchy
