Keeping track of Arsenal’s plethora of youngsters can prove to be a difficult task, but it has now been made easier via the updated Arsenal Youth player profiles for the 2011/12 season.

All of the youngsters currently outside the first-team squad who have represented the club from the under-18s upwards are listed. To view a player’s profile, simply click on their name below to view their biography and statistics. The profiles can be viewed at any time by clicking on the page headings above.

The players are split into four sections; Young Pros, Second-years, First-years and Schoolboys.

Young pros details all of the youngsters from outside the first-team squad who have signed professional contracts, including those currently out on loan. This is the place to read about players on the cusp of the squad, such as Jay Emmanuel-Thomas and Henri Lansbury, as well as exciting foreign talents like Ryo Miyaichi and Samuel Galindo.

Second years covers those players entering the final year of their scholarships. This group will be aiming for professional contracts this season, and includes Josh Rees and Alban Bunjaku.

First years focuses on the new batch of scholars, including new signings Hector Bellerin and Jon Toral, as well as internally-developed products such as Anthony Jeffrey.

Schoolboys covers the under-16s currently training full time at London Colney, such as Chuba Akpom and Jack Jebb.

  1. Brilliant Jeorge..thanks for the effort you’ve put into this. Really looking forward to this years batch of U-18s and how Aneke and Bunjaku do.

  2. Great work as always Jeorge! Thanks for these profiles. Hope Bunjaku can sign pro terms this season. Interesting to see the new boys Toral, Bellerin, Gnabry and the schoolboys Jebb, Akpom and Ormonde

  3. Great work Geogre good to see all the profiles. Also good to see the 15 year old schoolboys coming thorough and training full time at Shenley,Ormonde,Josh Vickers & J Jebb

  4. A really exciting & talented bunch of schoolboys & 1st year scholars.
A step up from the likes of Eastmond & Hoyte etc etc

  5. great effort and time putting all this info together. well done. looking forward to seeing these players make it at arsenal or at teams lower down the league

  6. Jeorge the seems to be a lot of top prospects coming through except in the centre half postions if we exclude Agaha and Bartley. Kinda flows through the whole system loads of centre midfielders and attacking midfielders they have kinda corrected the winger shortage in fairness with the additions of Ryo and Bellerin. We need to be solid to win things ask Kevin Keegan

  7. great works jeorge as usual….but steve smith is playing for the R.O ireland not joe jones (ex-arsenal cb now at leicester) is a north ireland youth international……and aneke-nigeria ..why?

    1. Sign on proper at Under 9s – Play at Hale End until they are Under 15s and then the U16s play either at Hale End or Shenley – And then it’s full time at Shenley for Under 18s
