43. Zach Fagan (On loan at Boreham Wood, until April 26, 2014)

A tall, commanding centre-back, Zach was initially set to be released by the club in the summer of 2013, but the departure of several other defenders meant that the Hale End product was offered his first professional contract.

Comfortable on the ball but still somewhat error-prone, Zach added to his already vast experience of U18 football last season, featuring regularly in the Academy League and the FA Youth Cup, scoring his first goal in the heavy defeat to Aston Villa.

The youngster also made his debut for the U21s, starting their game away to Blackburn Rovers, and, given that he is no longer eligible for the U18s, will hope to be something of a regular fixture in the second-string side this time around.

A decision on his future will be made at the end of the season, meaning that the youngster will be especially determined to impress this time around.
