Under-18 apps: 24
After impressing for the Reserves during pre-season, agile shot-stopper Reice went on to establish himself as the regular goalkeeper for the under-18s last season.
A product of the club’s Hale End Academy, Reice made 18 appearances in total at that level, making several superb saves and impressing with his distribution. He has previously shone for the second-string during pre-season whilst fellow custodians Damian Martinez and James Shea were absent.
This season he will be hoping to make his first competitive appearance for the second-string, having received two call-ups to the squad last season, but could still turn out for the under-18s as an over-age player.

Yeeh Reice was a great player, we used to play together at school he could play outfeild aswell. Who is that that said they went to the same school ?
other schools used to aim to try and get him wen we played school football together they never even knew he was a goalkeeper. such a humble lad i hope he goes far and he should defo make it in the game. good luck reice.

I went to watch Reice play for Chelsmford yesterday, against Eastleigh away. He was simply outstanding. One of the best keeper performances you could ever see
