A hard-working striker with impressive movement, Irish youth international Philip earned his first professional contract after establishing himself as part of the Reserve squad.
Signed from Norwich City in the summer of 2010 following a successful trial period, Philip was the under-18s top scorer last season, finding the net 10 times in 27 appearances, including braces in consecutive matches against London rivals Fulham and Chelsea in October.
Towards the end of the season he tended to feature more regularly for the Reserves, scoring his first goal at that level against Wolves and earning his first start in the final game of the season against Everton. This campaign he will be looking to hold down a regular place in Terry Burton’s new-look side.

I think 85 is his last year number, this year it should be something around 75, i think he could have been wearing last year shirt in training and this 85 isn’t his this years number
