The confident youngster, who joined Arsenal in 2011, scored from the penalty spot in that game and was a regular at U21 level, finding the net in the dramatic 5-3 win over West Ham United.

Usually operating in a deep-lying midfield position, Kris was a prominent figure in Arsenal’s UEFA Youth League campaign last season. Having scored in the first-team’s pre-season friendly victory over Boreham Wood, he has stated that his aim is to play senior football during 2014/15, which could see him go on loan to a lower-league club.
