40. Héctor Bellerín

Reserve apps: 3 (1 goal)

Under-18 apps: 16

Forward-thinking right back Hector impressed during his first season at Arsenal following his high profile move from Barcelona, impressing for the under-18s before breaking into the Reserve side in the latter stages of the campaign.

After setting up a goal on his debut for the under-18s against Bristol City whilst operating as a right winger, Hector reverted to full back and delivered several consistent performances, driving forward with ease, although he does still have some adapting to do in terms of coping with the defensive side of the game.

His good form was recognised with his first Reserve call up against Chelsea and he came off the bench to score in that game before being withdrawn through injury and subsequently went on to make his first second-string start against Newcastle United, whilst also featuring in the final game of the season against Everton.

This season he should be more heavily involved with the second string, whilst also featuring in the FA Youth Cup, a competition he already has some experience of having started in the defeat to Derby County last season.
