This competition is open to players born on or after 1st September 1991. However, each club is also permitted to field up to three over-age players and one over-age goalkeeper in any given fixture.

Eligible players: Jack Wilshere, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Emmanuel Frimpong, Carl Jenkinson, Ryo, Damian Martinez, Hector Bellerin, Daniel Boateng, Isaac Hayden, Ignasi Miquel, Nico Yennaris, Chuks Aneke, Thomas Eisfeld, Gedion Zelalem, Serge Gnabry, Chuba Akpom, Deyan Iliev, Kristoffer Olsson, Zak Ansah, Anthony Jeffrey, Benik Afobe, Jon Toral, Josh Vickers, Alfred Mugabo, Tom Dallison, Arinse Uade, Brandon Ormonde-Ottewill, Glen Kamara, Jack Jebb, Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Alex Iwobi, Tarum Dawkins, Austin Lipman, Ryan Huddart, Renny Smith, Leander Siemann, Stefan O’Connor, Elliot Wright, Tafari Moore, Dan Crowley + schoolboys.

    Different! But I like the idea of keeping the importances of consistency in a league and the cup-nature as the games come up to the end of the group stages. Could be a good way to develop the competitive side of the younger players who have never played in a league and pretty much been developed on performance rather than results. Exciting times!
