Arsenal trio named in England u-19 squad for Germany friendly

Arsenal trio Rhys Murphy, Henri Lansbury and Gavin Hoyte have all been named in the England under-19s squad for the friendly with Germany later this month. They all featured in the UEFA u-19 European Qualifying Campaign last month although there is no place in the 18 for Jay Emmanuel-Thomas.

The match will take place on Tuesday week at the Weston Homes Community Stadium, which is the new home of Colchester United. Coach John Peacock will use the game in an attempt to prepare his side for the Elite Round qualifiers which start in March.
