More on: Rhema Obed
Centre-back Rhema will join the Academy full time in the summer. He is a rock at the back for the under-16s and is a threat from set pieces. He has represented England at under-16 level and will be looking to break into the under-18s next season. A pacy defender, he can also operate at full back and looks set to be a regular for Steve Bould’s side next campaign. Having signed a two-year scholarship, he is likely to sign a professional contract after that but will still have to prove that he can cut it at the highest level.

Is he similar to Kyle Bartley?

This might not have much to do with this particular artcle, but do you see any defender in out youth ranks that could have the potential to possibly become the next Tony Adams, Martin Keown, or Steve Bould?
