England 1 Germany 0
A goal from Emmanuel Frimpong was enough for England under-16s to see off Germany 1-0 in their second game of the Montaigu Tournament on Friday. Frimpong struck on 71 minutes after a bursting run from midfield. Frimpong played the entire game, whilst Luke Freeman and Sam Byles came on as substitutes in the second half, Oliver Nicholas didn’t feature. England are now three points clear at the top of Group B, and face USA at 3pm tomorrow in their final group stage match.
