Attention turns to Burnley

Well, the FA Youth Cup third round tie against Burnley takes place tomorrow at Accrington Stanley’s Fraser Eagle Stadium. It should be an easy game, but then we have had a lot of games this week. First there was the dissapointing defeat for the Reserves on Monday, then some of the players were involved in the Carling Cup squad, but only Mark Randall came on. Wojciech Szczesny should start in goal and Havard Nordtveit could return in defence. Up front, I’d like to see Gilles Sunu get a game but he has stern opposition in Rui Fonte and Sanchez Watt. Not much news from the Arsenal camp yet, but Burnley have revealed how much they want to beat us.

In other news, Fran Merida has completed his loan move to Real Sociedad and has also stated how he feels it will be beneficial to him.

I’ve already had a couple of responses from people who want to write for the site and also some good articles have been suggested. Remember to let me know what you think.

And that’s it. More tomorrow, including a full preview of the Burnley game. Thanks for reading.

I think that if you can get people to write some articles it would enrich the website.Different opinions and suggestions are always of interest. The most common sense pages in the newspaperss are the letters pages.
