News round-up: Merida wants quick Sociedad move

So, what has been said about last night’s game has been said, and it’s time to move on.

There’s some interesting stories floating around today. Fran Merida,who is one of the highest-regarded youngsters at the club by Arsene Wenger, wants to hurry his loan move to Real Sociedad up. I can understand his frustration as he wants to play regularly and he would do well there. I saw him at the Reserve match last night and I feel he would come back a better player in the end.

John Bostock looks set to sign a new deal with Crystal Palace. But we’ve got plenty of good players anyway, so it’s nothing to worry about. 

Kyle Bartley has been talking about how well he’s settled at the club. I must say I was impressed with him yesterday.
